Spotted: Google Maps Car

This morning I was driving to work when I spotted an Orange Chevrolet Cobalt from California with a tall contraption on the roof. At the top was a camera with multiple lenses that covered a 360° area. By the base looked like a GPS receiver. I pulled up to the side of it and saw a magnetic Google Maps sign affixed to it. This car was taking photos for Google Maps Street View!

You may be interested to know that the gentleman driving was in his seat dancing to some music. I will have to check this intersection on Google Maps in a few weeks to see if my car made it in!
